the kojani/halfelf jin quests lead to a quest area where you have to take one main quest then 4 subquest givers who have 3 quests each. Fairly easy to flow through them and wound up going from lvl 9 w/almost no xp into the level to lvl 10 and 1/4 just turning them in.
