I've actually had that same error message about a missing tool, and I clearly have the tool, and even crafted just fine the other day, and also took on a work order which I had thought I had completed before, but now just comes up with an error. Have all the tools, moved them around in different bags, clicked here, clicked there - not a thing.

Figured something might have been bugged so I'll try again tonight.
