The Exchange Brokers are finally filling up with other people's phat lewtz, too, so if you make it into a big city it might be worth browsing through what's on offer (provided you're connected to the Social Server, which seems a bit hit or miss right now - if nothing comes up, you probably aren't; relog sometimes fixes this).

Yes. But sometimes your defensive target is not your assist target depending on the situation. Especially for healers.
