In the Leth Nurae area I've seen at least 3 jute spawns. One is right by the original Harvesting Skills quest-giver chap (on the road up to LN from the newbie areas). There's another one just SW of the lake at the bottom of the waterfall. And there's one sort of between the second quest area (that crossroads with the tower and the 4 trainers in a row, I forget what it's called now) and the bowl with the ghost - it's up on the rise by the timber wolves / bear things. (I know that's not very clear, but I've only been there once and I'm not sure I could find it again myself.
