And for further enhancement, you can do things like:
/assist
/g Assisting on %td
/cast "Restoration I"
/g Casting Heal on %td
%to prints name of the offensive target and %td of the defensive.
Only do not do this for all the abils  or actions. I tend to leave the heals on all the time (I'm a shaman) makes it easier when there is another healing class in the group (common) but as for assists, I have a silent assist and a echo-assist depending on when I want to alert ppl to assist in a subtle was and when I use it normally (I mean the MA should assume I am assisting and not need the spam ;P)
