UPDATE:

The time has changed. All servers (EU and US) will be coming down for a patch at 12 midnight PST (8 AM GMT).

The estimated downtime for the EU server hardware upgrade is still 4 hrs.

The downtime for the patch on US servers is 2 hrs.
