Hrmph, on the last day of better I made a Max A Copper Dagger with an enhanced ingot and it came out as a Rare Lev 11 item as opposed to the Lev 14 Uncommon that the Grade B was. Maybe the Dex ingot is what gave me the rarity boost and not the max 100% like I thought. I'll have to check that tonight :P
