Well I used the buffmaster to get a disciple to 35. Here's some of the abilites I remember having at 35.

-6 different bonds, 3 of them helped an ally and 3 of them impaired an enemy. Could only use one at a time and I believe each of them cost 2 Jin to use.
-a feign death
-Astral Walk which could be used to teleport an ally to your location
-an ability that could cause your target to hate your defensive target (pretty much a way to help your tank hold aggro.)
-an ability that replenishes some of your energy, costs 6 Jin to use.
-an instant heal that costs 2 Jin
-a fast casting heal
-a long casting heal
-a very long casting group heal
-several attacks, most of them gave you 1 Jin for using. one of them puts a HOT on your defensive target, another reduces your hate with your target, some of them impaired your target in different ways, one was a DOT another was a ranged attack that costs 4 Jin.
-2 different resurrection spells. one could be used in combat but didn't heal for as much as the one that could be used out of combat.
-3 buffs, i forget what all they buffed
-an ability that summoned an ally an item they could use to rez you if you died.
-an ability that increased your chance to dodge for one attack
-an ability that stunned your target for 1 second (good for interrupting what they are doing and i think also gave you a chance to counter after it)
-an ability that gave your next attack a 100% chance to crit
-there were also i think 3 finishers and 4 counters.

I may have forgotten something but that's all I remember having at 35 right now. It's a very fun class to play and deffinitely the class I am playing for my main at launch.
