If both are slow its likely to be a network issue. If thats the case can you open up a cmd prompt (start --> run --> cmd --> click ok) and type tracert
www.vanguardspheres.com and post it or PM it to me? Its possible we've got some slowness between us.
The CPU on the server VS runs on is just barely puttering along so I dont think thats causing any issue and we're on a huge pipe so bandwidth is unlikely to be an issue. We'll figure it out though. Just will take some a little work.
