The original post mentioned not being able to find refining tables. In BC they're on the opposite side of the room, very easy to see, so I'll assume you weren't there.

In Tursh, the forge and refining tables are actually outside of the barn on the side.

In Three rivers, the forge and refining table are behind one of the three buildings along with Resanna, the NPC you have to visit for the level 10 blacksmith quest.

In Leth Narae they're in one of the buildings in the crafter area - I think the one to the immediate left.

Those are the only ones I've looked for, but there will be many others around in the larger towns and some outposts.
