You do continue to advance in the Outfitter skill which has it's own associated recipes and work orders. So you end up with 2 out of the 3. Refining is it's own skill set and appears to allow you to refine both materials associated with your profession.
Technically you can be both, but then you can't be an outfitter. Which I agree wouldn't make a lot of sense since you'd need to buy all your components. Does anyone have any idea how the skill caps work yet? I was doing both refining and finishing and they seemed to have seperate caps. But I only made it to lvl 14. Any thoughts?
