Technically you can be both, but then you can't be an outfitter. Which I agree wouldn't make a lot of sense since you'd need to buy all your components. Does anyone have any idea how the skill caps work yet? I was doing both refining and finishing and they seemed to have seperate caps. But I only made it to lvl 14. Any thoughts?
