Ahh I see the confusion. Station Access is a seperate entity than a station.com account.

Station Access - $24.99 a month, special account lets you play all SOE games covered by the access.

Station.com account - just your regular account that you would get in any game, $14.99 a month.

You won't be charged $24.99 a month unless you sign up for Station Access.
