Finally, in a way I can appreciate names like spongebob, inurface, irock, etc...BECAUSE they tell me exactly who to avoid like the plague!

Well, I can tell ya now that the GMs do take names seriously, and they intend to continue the trend! Beta isn't the best time to see that, maybe, but just wait!
New guys? Well, they sign the EULA, too. If they don't want to read it, it's not Sigil's fault! They're still expected to follow it. Same with the language! Filters are put in place to assist (name/languge), not to take the place of obeying rules and good judgment.
The biggest disappointment to me was SoE relaxing the naming policies in EQ. If they do that here....I don't know. I'll be very, very disappointed! That's not something ya just decide to "dumb down" on, if you will, and keep the feel of the world! Make your rules, and stick to them. If you agree to the rules by signing something, don't whine ingame about how stupid it is, or unfair, or any of that.
Anywho...keep the comments coming! People
are watching!
