This is an excellent thread Perception is really important for all races but i would say more for casters and rangers and roges, casters for the counter spells and group protection, i am not sure weather intell will be the main for high perception but i think they added like constution also and one other skill dang i have to go back and look and see if i can find out where i read all the stuff about knowing what a mob will send before he can send it sry will look real quick and place another post sry.
