I don't think there will be any issues with using "real life" names such as Susan, George, Robert, etc. Just don't name your character Susan BAnthony, George Orwell or Robert Redford, and all should be well.
Yes this is a fantasy game, but the areas of the world are based on real world regions of Earth. Thestra is European, Qalia is more African themed, and Kojan of course is oriental. I'm sure names leaning towards these types of regional differences would be appropriate as well.
Now if said character "Enix"'s name was Square Enix, we'd have issues, as it is an obvious allusion to the game company.
In my mind, it is common sense to be able to adhere to these rules with out much trouble.
Now, as for QforQ... ehhh, I don't know about that
Maybe will depend on your race you want Q to be.
