1. Who are we?
We are a group of friends and gamers who have decided to settle down for a while in Vanguard.
2. What is our history?
We've been together for almost five years now, playing the original Everquest, Everquest II and, most recently, World of Warcraft. We have led guilds in the first two, and been members of one of the top raiding guilds on the Whisperwind server in WoW.
3. What's the goal?
We aim to gather a strong group of gamers who enjoy and are challenged by attempting and defeating end-game encounters.
4. How do we get there?- Recruiting: We will actively recruit members from day 0.
- Selection: We will look for players who excel at strategy, execution, and desire.
- Teamwork: We will work together at all times, placing the good of the guild first.
- Leadership: We will lead by example, communicate our direction, and execute that direction.
- Respect: We will respect our fellow guild mates. We succeed when the guild succeeds. We will also be respectful of other players and guilds.
- Balance: Real-life responsibilities take precedence over pixels.
