Isn't WoW like that? I can see you played it. I remember warriors and priests having excellent DPS and being good in PvP. I find it a bit hard to imagine a game where any class can fill any role. A rogue that heals? Like a back-alley doctor or something?
Or maybe FFXI style where you could just go home and change classes.
