Keep in mind you only need to gather gear for each of those spheres IF you plan to participate in them. While it is possible to work in all 4 spheres I have a feeling most people will concentrate on 1 or 2 that they enjoy. If they enjoy the spheres then they likely wont mind gathering gear for them as well.
