Exactly how my last guild was. But we got them on TS and probed them.
Some pretty vulger things can be said over team speak with a group of older people. If they fit the mold we ask them if they get offended easy or if their parents would get offended. Stuff like that.
TS gives you a better idea of who the person really is. No wankers!
