....this is hard. I guess I'll only consider series that I've played all or most of.

Star Ocean 2/3
Phantasy Star 2/4 (excludes Online and Universe)
BoF 2/5
Suikoden 2/5
Final Fantasy 5/14 (includes 11, T, and TA)
Well, the winner is pretty clear now. It's not really a reflection of how much I like the individual games in the series, just how many games in the series I like and would play again.
