Michelle Butler has left tidbits about it in the OVF before, and even here in a piece I did after we had been out at Sigil (I'll have to find it). There hasn't been a lot of info released yet, to be honest, but I'm sure that we will be finding out more! We do know that it is part of the Customer Support ingame and will assist the GMs as needed.
