Is it alright if I keep them on my computer to use as supplemental gaming music? I wouldn't redistribute them at all. I have a smallish collection of fantasy/medieval/renaissance music to use once I get tired of the regular in-game music so I'd just be adding to that. (I RP, so I can't listen to most "modern" music while I play, throws off my mindset and the atmosphere)

Good question
I actually program/play all the instruments myself. What you're hearing are sampled instruments played back digitally on my computer and mixed respectively to give the illusion of a real ensemble playing.
