I will be building a new desktop sometime soon. I am pretty sure I know what I want as far as parts go, but I have two quick questions:
1. Would it be worth waiting for the Intel Conroe? If so, when is the projected release date? I've heard August.
2. Is it a bad idea to get a cube case? The one I was looking at can be found
here. I know that I'd need to get a special power supply, but how much weaker are they in comparison? Also, as far as cooling goes, will I be shooting myself in the foot by getting a cube case?
Okay, that was five questions. For the record, I have no real limit on my price range, but am shooting for $1,500. This is obviously going to be a gaming PC, and I'd like to look at it as a long-term investment.
